Great honey, with even better flavor
The honey we first started with was the Chicago gold, a super sweet, light colored honey. The second honey archetype we acquired was the farm honey, it was also great. That made us think about how we could use what we already to make it better. That's when we had the idea to use it as a sweetener for jams. During one of these batches, we were looking online and noticed infusions, that incident sparked our ever growing love for honey infusions.
